Cheesy Sandwich with Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of prosciutto

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 2 basil leaves

  • 2 slices of tomato

  • 1/ 2 pinch of salt and pepper

  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. First, lay out two pieces of bread

  2. Add the prosciutto on the top of it

  3. Add the mozzarella cheese

  4. Place the sandwich into the air fryer

  5. Air fryer it for about 5 minutes within a 200 º c

  6. Remove the sandwich with a spatula

  7. Drizzle olive oil on top

  8. Sprinkle the pepper and salt

  9. Add tomato and basil

  10. Serve

Chinese Roast Pork (Char Siu)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of butt meat or pork shoulder

  • 1/ 3 cup of soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1/ 2 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cut meats into size of 15 inch

  2. Make marinade by adding all 5 ingredients into meats

  3. Massage meat marinade within 2 minutes

  4. Put the meat marinade into the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight

  5. Cook meats in air fryer for about 10 minutes in a 170 º c or 350 º F

  6. Caramelize meats in an air fryer for 5 minutes in 200 º c or 400 º F

  7. If the meats were not fully cooked, you can cook them for an additional 2 minute

  8. Enjoy

Easy Pasteis de Nata (Portuguese egg custard tart)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar

  • 3/ 4 cup whole milk ( separate out 1/ 4 cup)

  • 1/ 3 cup of water

  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 pre-made puff pastry rolls (320 grams each)

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1/ 4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Cooking Directions:

  1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites

  2. A warm ½ cup of milk

  3. Whisk in 1/ 4 cup of milk, flour and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl

  4. Pour and whisk in warm milk into the main mix bowl

  5. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water and cinnamon stick and boil

  6. Remove cinnamon stick in the saucepan

  7. Pour and whisk sugar syrup in the mixing bowl

  8. Roll out pre-made pastry puff sheet (320 grams)

  9. Cut pastry roll into equal 1/ 2 inch thick

  10. Mold flatten pastry puff piece in cupcake tin cups

  11. Air fryer for 9 to 10 minutes
